We want you to love your needlepoint from Ashley Evans Designs. Every canvas is hand-painted with care and carefully checked before it ships. Because of the nature of hand-painted needlepoint, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or sizing. We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing an order—we’re always happy to help.

If Your Canvas Arrives Damaged

While it’s rare, shipping accidents can happen. If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damage

Photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement (if available) or a refund for the damaged item.

A Note on Hand-Painted Canvases

Because each canvas is hand-painted, small variations in color or brushwork are part of what makes every piece special. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
