Wholesale is available to approved needlepoint shops and retailers.

Ordering & Payment
Wholesale orders are paid in full at the time of order. Orders will not move forward until payment is received.

In-Stock Orders
If items are in stock, they ship in the order the orders are received.

Made-to-Order
Most canvases are hand-painted to order. Production timelines vary and are shared as estimates.

Shipping
Shipping is billed to the retailer. Orders ship from Canada unless noted.
We ship using methods intended to help minimize additional duties or tariffs when possible, however customs fees, taxes, or import charges are not guaranteed and remain the responsibility of the retailer.

Final Sale
Because our canvases are hand-painted, all wholesale orders are final sale once production begins.

Issues or Damage
Please check orders on arrival and contact us within 5 business days if anything looks off — photos help us help you quickly.

All designs are the property of Ashley Evans Designs and may not be copied, shared, or turned into charts, kits, or classes without permission.

Online Sales
AED canvases may be sold in-store and on your own website. Third-party marketplace sales require prior approval.
