Ashley Evans Designs offers colorful, hand-painted needlepoint canvases designed to inspire creativity, spark conversation, and bring a fresh, modern perspective to needlepoint.

Our wholesale program is designed exclusively for approved needlepoint shops.

1. WHOLESALE ORDERING POLICIES

Opening wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $300 USD.

Reorders require a minimum purchase of $150 USD.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Ashley Evans Designs operates on a pre-payment basis.
All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

  We currently do not offer:
● Net terms
● Payment plans
● Consignment
● Delayed billing

  Accepted payment methods:
● Credit Card
● Shopify Invoice
● PayPal
● Approved electronic payment methods
Orders will not enter production or ship until payment has been received.

3. WHOLESALE ACCESS

To access our wholesale program, retailers must first be approved by Ashley Evans Designs. Our wholesale portal is designed exclusively for established needlepoint shops and qualified retail partners.
To apply for access, please complete our wholesale application form and provide relevant business details, including store information, resale credentials, and contact information.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive login access to our wholesale collection, pricing, and ordering system.

Please note:

● Wholesale access is granted on a case-by-case basis
● We reserve the right to approve or decline applications
● Access is strictly limited to verified retail businesses only

4. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped using Chit Chats through a U.S. shipping address to provide a smoother delivery experience for our retailers.
Shipping charges are calculated separately and added at checkout or invoicing.
There are no additional tariffs, duties, or import taxes charged to the buyer upon delivery for U.S. shipments.

Please note:

● Delivery timelines may vary depending on production schedules
● Some canvases may be in stock and ready to ship
● Stitch-painted canvases and preorder items may require extended lead times

Estimated lead times are subject to change.
All shipments are insured prior to delivery. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Due to the hand-painted nature of our canvases, inventory may vary.

Some collections may:
● sell out quickly
● release in limited quantities
● retire seasonally
● be available by preorder only

6. PRICING POLICY

Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale buyers.

7. ONLINE SALES POLICY

Ashley Evans Designs products are intended for resale through approved wholesale retailers only. Direct online resale of wholesale-priced products is not permitted without prior written approval.
Approved retailers may sell Ashley Evans Designs products through their own branded websites, provided that brand presentation guidelines are followed and products are not misrepresented.

We kindly ask retailers to:

• Maintain consistent and accurate product descriptions
• Avoid discounting practices that devalue the brand
• Ensure all imagery used aligns with brand standards

We reserve the right to review and monitor online listings to protect brand integrity.
